August 6th G-Suite Was a waste of time for me.
It was extremely difficult to get working as advertised. I was able to Recieve Email with my .com address through Gmail but not Send it. Apparently a lot of people had the same issues. GSuite support Was lackluster, to say the least, they would call and leave me no call back number or pin if I didn’t pick up I was not able to get back in touch with them. This is just my opinion but I feel like due to the inexpensive cost of Gsuite Google wants to do as little as possible to minimize the expenses associated with support because even Email support was terrible. Now, this is my opinion and your results may vary especially depending on your technical expertise. It was just not worth the trouble and lack of support. I have no time for people or services that do not value my time.
July 26th So far there has been a large learning curve and the support has been sub-par. Over the weekend I will be adding a new page to the site devoted to my journey with G-Suite to hopefully, help other people decide if it is for them, and avoid the problems I had with Google’s customer service.
